Prior to founding Corporate LifeCycles, Ian was President and Senior Associate of Adizes Associates, Inc. in Los Angeles, California. Ian has worked with small, medium and large corporations worldwide in a diverse range of industries, including aerospace, defense, manufacturing, publishing, retail, high technology, financial services, telecommunications and higher education. He has also consulted with public sector organizations.
